After you receive your reseller ID number you may give this to those you wish to

Terms and Conditions:
1. Upon completion of the below reseller form the reseller will be assigned a
MailStreet Commission Reseller ID. This Reseller ID must be entered into
the MailStreet Free Trial ordering system when the reffered customer signs up for new
service. If the order is being processed offline, then the Reseller must contact
MailStreet within one business day of account creation in order to link their commission
reseller ID to the new order. Reseller IDs must be linked to new MailStreet
orders within one business day to be eligible for commission payments.
2. The commission reseller ID must be requested and created prior to the
ordering of any new MailStreet accounts. i.e. Only MailStreet customers who
start service after the creation of the reseller ID are commissionable.
3. Commissions are calculated by taking the average amount of the first two monthly
invoices (minus any one-time or annual Goodlink subscriptions) that have been paid.
Only accounts that are paid in full and are in good standing are commissionable.
MailStreet customers are invoiced after the first 30 days (free trial) for the following month of
service. Customers who cancel service prior to the first two invoices (or 90 days)
are non-commissionable.
4. Commissions are payable to resellers who sign up new MailStreet customers.
(i.e. Customers who have previously used the MailStreet service and canceled service in
the past are not commissionable.)
5. MailBoxes or other services provisioned after the first two invoices are
non-commissionable.
6. All one-time Setup fees and Goodlink annual licenses are non-commissionable.
7. Resellers may be an employee or contractor for a company requesting service.
However, resellers may not receive commissions for accounts where they own the domain or have a
majority ownership interest in the company or organization requesting service.
